Who we are

A practice, not a business. (Though sometimes a bowl finds its way to someone new.)

This is about showing up—for the rituals that anchor a day, the details that make a moment shimmer, and the centuries-old pleasure of working with clay.

I'm learning as I go—hands in clay, chasing color, light, and the weight of a thing in your hand. The quiet magic of functional objects. Ceramics that hold morning coffee just right. Plates that make a simple salad feel like an occasion. Vessels that catch afternoon sun and convince you to stop and stare.

Everything starts with noticing. Patterns met and liked. Light doing something unexpected. A branch that falls exactly where it should. These small observations become the visual language behind each piece—a little undone, a little imperfect, and somehow more alive because of it.

But the practice extends beyond the studio. It's farmers market mornings and ocean-view coffee. Tables set for friends who stay too long. Meditation and journaling. The open door, the good conversation, the respect for slowness. Trying things. Failing better. Trying again.

This is a digital scrapbook of all of it—the making and the living, the moodboards and the mundane-made-beautiful, the inspiration and the happy accidents.

Some pieces are made purely for the joy of it. Some are available if they speak to you. Some are deeply personal commissions—gifts that take time, objects that hold meaning, heirlooms in the making.

Made slowly. Meant to be lived with. Always a practice.

Commissions open.
